Neurodivergent-informed writing & speaking

Hi, I’m Rosemary.
A writer, editor, and speaker. I work with organisations, editors, and teams in publishing, communications, and workplace inclusion.
What I bring to every project:
- Inclusive communication: accessible and non-stigmatising communication for organisations.
- Cross‑cultural perspective: Experience working with American, Canadian, British and European clients.
- Audience expertise: A decade of content creation and advocacy experience
- Deep audience insight: I understand what inclusive resources need to achieve.
Why people work with me
Thoughtful, reliable and collaborative, with a practical approach tailored to each project:
Rosemary is a delight to work with, and her work is rewarding to edit. She sets the stage well, does her research, and brings a needed perspective to the table. Her story for Medicinal Media on sensory processing issues and apps has inspired our readers, and we’re so grateful for her words and voice.
My team had a positive experience working with Rosemary. Her article pitch was interesting, clear, and to the point, and showed knowledge of our publication. She filed on time and was responsive to edits. Finally, when the article was published, she was happy to help promote it on social media. I would absolutely recommend working with her.

What readers are saying
“It is a superb book; even with everything I know, I am getting a lot from what I have managed to read so far!”
Emma Sadler
Director of Academic Inclusion, Merchant Taylors’ School
“Rosemary’s book is one of the most useful and affirming resources I’ve encountered! Thank you, Rosemary, for being awesome, for always cheering on what we do at Girls Interrupting as well as many others in the wider community, and for being a force for good in the world. I highly recommend Rosemary’s book to anyone interested in dyspraxia or neurodivergence.”- Laura Jessie Cook on her reasons for including me in her 100 days of inspirational women social media campaign.
My books on dyspraxia and neurodivergence
I am the author of two published books with Jessica Kingsley Publishers and Bloomsbury Study Skills.

Stumbling Through Space and Time covers my experience of growing up dyspraxic, and how it impacts my sense of space, time and coordination. This book shares several insights and experiences coping with bullies in school and choosing a dyspraxia-friendly university, pursuing self-employment and travelling abroad.

Full of practical guidance, Studying with Dyspraxia helps readers to understand what to expect at university and gives support in adjusting to a more independent lifestyle. Crucially, it helps students to implement study strategies that really work.
